Component Kits and Assembly Responsibility

Bullseye Holsters® sells holster component kits, materials, and accessories intended for individuals and businesses who assemble custom holsters.

Bullseye Holsters® sells components and materials only and does not assemble finished holsters when selling kits. The molding, assembly, firearm compatibility, and safe operation of any completed holster produced using these components are the sole responsibility of the individual or business performing the assembly.

By purchasing holster component kits or materials from Bullseye Holsters®, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for the proper assembly and safety of any finished holster produced, including ensuring adequate trigger guard coverage, firearm retention, and safe use.

Bullseye Holsters® does not control how components are assembled, modified, or incorporated into finished holsters after purchase. Any individual or business assembling holsters from these components is responsible for proper assembly, inspection, testing, and any warnings provided to the end user.

Bullseye Holsters® recommends that all finished holsters be carefully inspected and tested to verify proper retention, trigger guard protection, and safe insertion and removal characteristics prior to use.
